All yoga courses accommodate a wide variety of yoga skill level and strengths. These courses offer introduction and advanced posses that are designed to give you an in-depth understanding of breath, posture, and flexibility.
This class is a weightlifting class that incorporates dumbbells, pulleys, and body weight exercises to improve and strengthen bones, muscles, and joints.
This class focuses on core-isolation workouts that help improve strength and body posture. We will incorporate back, legs, and gluteals in our workouts.
